We are delighted that Roald and Beatrix: The Tail of the Curious Mouse is officially the biggest rating show of the Christmas period ever for Sky, with a seven-day cumulative audience of 3.12m!
This beautiful film written by Abigail Wilson first transmitted on the 24th of December 2020 on Sky One and was shot in Wales during the pandemic in summer 2020.
Produced by Elaine Cameron and Directed by David Kerr this 90-minute Sky original is based on a true story of when a young Roald Dahl met his hero Beatrix Potter. Starring a host of stars including Dawn French, Jessica Hynes, Rob Brydon, Nick Mohammed, Nina Sosanya, Alison Steadman and Bill Bailey.
